Welcome! I’m Jordan, and I am so glad you’ve made it here.
My practice is dedicated to helping both adolescents and adults deepen their connection to themselves by creating a space that feels compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and skills-focused to help clients build concrete skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and self-compassion.
My passion lies in working with individuals facing eating disorders, complex PTSD, and attachment trauma. By integrating a range of therapeutic modalities, my goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves and harness their unique strengths to work towards healing and personal growth.
